Justin Moore
CEO
Building with Intensity. Grounded in empathy.
Justin Moore is a former three-time enterprise software CEO who now partners with bold founders scaling the next wave of category leaders—often overlooked by consensus VCs. He founded Innovius Capital to fix what’s broken in venture: too many bets, not enough help. With 20 years of operating experience, he brings real-world perspective to every investment.
As a CEO, Justin built and scaled businesses from zero to tens of millions in ARR, growing teams to hundreds of employees and leading through the high-stakes moments that define company-building. That experience—building GTM engines, sweating payroll—shapes Innovius’s hands-on, operator-led model today.
As an investor, he’s known for getting in the trenches: helping companies sharpen GTM strategy, build leadership teams, and navigate complexity with clarity. He brings both discipline and deep empathy to every partnership.
Outside of work, Justin is passionate about family, friends, ideas, aesthetics, and impact. He serves on the boards of several nonprofits, including the San Francisco Opera, and is committed to expanding access to the arts. A lifelong learner and early riser, he believes the best ideas come on long hikes or while working out. He’s also an avid skier, cook, and fly-fisher—always chasing the next challenge, whether it’s hitting a fitness goal, cracking a GTM puzzle, or landing a record steelhead on a fly.
